Hello, I was wondering how much it would cost to reserve a taxi large enough for 4 people and their luggage (4 pieces of large luggage)?

They would be traveling from the airport to Hilton Prague: Pobrezni 1 Prague, 186 00, Czech Republic. They arrive in Prague on Tuesday 26.6.2012 at 12:25pm on Air France flight #AF4314 from Marseille. I am concerned that they will be charged waiting time if they need to pick up luggage in baggage claim. Is there any sort of flat fee so that they are not charged for wait time?

we have minivans Mercedes Vito/Viano and VW Transporter/Caravelle with capacity max. 8 passengers. We charge 31 EUR from Prague Airport to hotel Hilton. That is final price for whole transfer (for car, not passenger). We charge nothing for waiting. Drivers wait in the arrival hall with the name of clients or company logo. sorry for delayed reply, we had been very bussy over the weekend.

I will quickly answer Your questions:

1. Yes - return way means that You book both trips - from Prague airport and back to the airport
2. Yes - the price include VAT and all taxes
3. You choose - pay one trip after the transfer (when You arrive to the hotel) and one trip after You arrive back to the airport. Or You can pay both trips after the first transfer, then You get travel voucher which You give to the driver who collects You on the way back..
4. Yes - price for both ways is 62EUR, if You choose to go, we will charge 60EUR as appologise for the late reply :)

Having experienced some disasters in airport transfers it made an excellent start to our short break to be met and driven to our hotel by your extremely professional driver. We were greeted by a very polite and perfect English speaking man.
He asked the name and address of our hotel (just to verify) and took my wife's suitcase.
We booked the normal sedan but an almost brandnew and shining Mercedes minivan was waiting for us.
A perfect ride to the center of Prague.
The car stopped almost right in front of our hotel. Due to roadworks we had to walk the last 4 meters (LOL).

thanks the service was great , we got a long delay to come out of the terminal because a lot of people were on the passport controll and it takes more than one hour and the driver was still there.
Thank you for that.
Maybe we will also order pick up for return fligh but I still dont know from where we will leve Prague, because it will be around 7 pm and we could not be in the hotel on this time.
I'll contact you sunday mornign by mail if we will have an adress for pick up

Hi, i just wanted to say i used your airport taxi last week and was surprised how good it was working. I had no trouble to meet your driver at the Prague airport - he was just there with large sign with my name. I felt very safe about his driving skills and also secure that i knew where were we going and for how much. He also gave me some useful tips where to go in Prague for shopping. I forgot his name, he was driving black car, i think it was Skoda, was tall and slim, brown hair. If you can recognize him based on my description pass on my many thanks. Adella M.

The first time I met Pavel, the driver from ATP Airport Transfer Prague, during summer 2007, I was going from Prague to Karlovy Vary. It takes about two hours and a half, and needs concentration because there is no motorway, and a lot of traffic. I was with my parents, who are old persons, and I needed comfort and security. The first thing I had to notice was that Pavel was on time, at our arrival in Prague, and, for the return, at our departure to Prague. For me, punctuality and security are the most important things to expect from a driver. Pavel gives you both.

So we started form Prague to Karlovy Vary. Pavel was speaking a good english, and also some words and expressions in French! He was very polite and understood quickly our request. Before I needed to ask him for, he explained us most important things about history, geography and economy about region we crossed. But he didn’t spoke too much, with a view to let us have a rest. I thought Pavel is cultivated, he likes economy and mathematics. At the arrival in Karlovy Vary, Pavel gave us a kind of gift : he didn’t run by the main road, he chose a lovely little street, border the river and cross the forest, and we arrived in the historical part of Karlovy Vary, in Marianskolazenska street, in front of Lazne I, and Grand Hotel Pupp! Thank you Pavel!

The second time I asked Pavel, during summer 2008, it was in a totally different situation. Before sending him a SMS, I didn’t knew I’ll see him this day! I was in a bus, coming from Ceske Budejovice to Prague, and I had connection in another bus station. I was late because of the traffic and I thought I wouldn’t succeed to take my second bus. So I decided to send a SMS to call Pavel for help. He answered me in a few minutes, and was on time to wait for me at the arrival on my bus. Then, he drove me in Prague to go to the other bus station. I didn’t needed visit with historical guide, I needed to arrive on time, and Pavel understood it very well, and he succeeded to help me not to miss my second bus. It was a different experience, improvisation and hurry, but successful one!

The next time I’ll be in Prague, or travel in Czech Republic, I’m sure I’ll ask ATP Airport Transfer Prague and Pavel to drive me!

Yes, we remember You, big family with many gifts for Your friends in Prague. You had booked sedan and when Jirka (George) later told us about the moment you appeared at the arrivals with so many boxes and cases he wanted to runaway! But we could arrange minivan for You (it was not easy in the Christmass rush) and we did for the same price. We are happy that we could do it and we will be happy to do it again! Your ATP team.

Thank You for taking care of us... I must say that the tourguide you sent to the Old Town square was simply perferct. We enjoyed the 'pivnice' the most :-) Now we can say that czech beer is really the best!

And you know what, I found a bar near Trafalgar where they have Pilsner (Plzen), but 3,30 here :-( and Staropramen. I will definetely be thinking of some tour round Bohemia next time and if you send someone as good as Michael was, I definetely call you!

We forgot cell phone in the hotel bar and we realised that at the airport. Before we started to panic, Phillip (your driver) ofered us that he would drive for it immediately. Thank you for your excellent assistance during our trip to Europe this summer. We arrived on 3rd July 6:30 am at the Prague Airport - the flight arrived about 30 minutes earlier than schedulled but your driver was already there. it was beautiful morning and we really enjoyed the trip to our hotel - the Crown Plaza. Driver took us round the Prague castle (he said he could afford it because our flight was early) and gave us a lot of usable info. The next day trip to Kutna Hora was also enjoyable. We arrived back home last night, thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Prague and plan on a return trip very soon, to see the half of that wonderful city we missed this time.
I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for the transportation services offered from the airport to our hotel upon arrival in Prague last Friday. It was great seeing George waiting with the sign as we were leaving the arrival gate area; he was very pleasant and cordial, with lots of local information, depositing us at our hotel in a most efficient manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend your service to anyone; most especially folks arriving fresh from a 16 hour flight, lucky enough to make certain they have all their personal belongings and getting through passport control, without having to worry about the "next step" (finding their way to a hotel). To be able to relax with no concerns regarding waiting in a taxi queue or figuring out the bus/metro process while the brain is still ten time zones away is most definitely worth the fair and reasonable price of your service.
Again; I would like to compliment George on his attention to detail; as we were leaving his car at the hotel, he had the presense of mind to check the back seat to make certain we left nothing behind. I have never seen a taxi driver do that; more often than not, I expect they would hope that some valuable article was left behind!!

Thank you for a great Prague airport pickup. Your driver collecetd us at the exact place we agreed on the phone and gave us extra information on our way downtown. Even the driver on return was on-time, courteous and informative. Having forgotten one suitcase in hotel we started to panic since we already were almost at the Prague airport. The driver calmed us down, and arranged a pickup of the suitcase from hotel with another driver / car of your company. We were charged nothing more and the lugagge arrived in about 20 minutes.
