I really appreciate your message you have sent us, because feedback from our client is very important for us. I investigated the situation and the driver admitted that it was like you say = he was travelling with his girfriend and used phone while driving.

I feel very sorry for your discomfort and I am going to penalize the driver. You know, the quality of our drivers is the main problem of my company and I have been trying to focus on the subject so I welcome every comment of my clients.

Reservation is OK.
But i was slightly surprised by the driver.
He arrived with the girl in the car and all lthe way sweet pair had nice conversation.
Generally it was not a great problem but driver managed at the same time speaking by phone.
And it was dangerous.
I think private problems must be settled after working day.
