In the case we could not fulfil the service which was stated in your transport voucher (confirmation), we guarantee you will receive your money back in the case you had the service pre-paid or you will get return transfer from your hotel to the airport completely free of charge.

Was your driver late? Was there any trouble or inconvenience during your transfer? Call please the office and let us know. We have been paying extremly high attention to select the best drivers in Prague so any feedback of yours will help us to keep the highest standards.

Please print your confirmation voucher - there is hotline number stated on and if there is any trouble, call us immediately, so we can solve the situation.

Prague airport transfer free of charge

When you will have your transfer from or to Prague airport free of charge?

  1. You had to wait longer than 15 minutes for your driver
  2. Your driver was rude or was driving too fast or dangerous
  3. The car was not clean (especially inside - sometimes, in the rain or snow it is impossible to keep it perfectly clean from outside)
  4. Any other unexpected situation when you can prove it was our fault
  5. every 10th transfer with our company is free of charge automaticaly


A) calling the Prague hotline +00420 728 876 876 is the quickest way. The operators DO speak English. You can tell us all the details and we will send you transfer confirmation to the (e-mail) address you give us. You  can also send an SMS - your booking still will be accepted.

B) making reservation of a transfer on-line could be the easiest way. It takes about 1 or 2 minutes, after submitting the form summary will be displayed and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your mailbox. Later our operator will contact you again with the final confirmation - voucher. Print it out and travel with it - there are all contacts stated so you will be able to call us if any trouble occures.

C) just send us a message/request/order via contact form. Post all the details into the message text area and the operator will contact you immediately.

D) sending e-mail directly to is possible but not recommended. It is not very reliable due to all those spam list you could be on even if you never spammed.


Feel free to make any changes concerning your transfer, but do it please reasonable time in advance so we can rearrange things. Feel free to ask your driver for stops or assistance - we are flexible and helpful.


We accept electronic (e-mail) cancellations 24 hours before your requested time, if you need to do it later, call please or send sms to 00420 728 876 876 (Prague airport taxi operator).


There are three options how to pay for the transfer service:

A) cash directly to the driver. No credit card is required. This is the method of payment used by the most of our clients. You pay after the journey, in the case of return transfer you can be asked to pay both journeys and will be provided with return transfer voucher. Return transfers paid at once are discounted.

B) payment by credit card directly to the driver. Please let us know you want to pay by card in advance so we can send for you car with payment terminal. We charge 5% extra when you pay by credit card. This is not money for us - this is money for banks.

C) on-line payment via PayPal. This is used mostly by companies or by people who pay transfer for someone else. Please make sure that your payment got through (was confirmed by your bank) before you start your trip.

Personal data

We never share any personal data of our clients with any third party! We never sell any information about our clients! We never send spams! We might be sending you news, but after your permission only! Sometimes clients do not wish to have their name printed at the airport - in that case please let us know so we will agree all details about your pickup (your driver will be holding a card with just ATP Airport Transfer Prague logo).
